About Us:
We are a growing company seeking a very sharp, reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team. Our customers are important to us, and we’re looking for someone who can provide professional, timely, and friendly support through email. We are also looking for a rockstar virtual assistant long term. We still start with 5 hours a week and move up gradually as the business gets busier during this quarter.

Role Overview:
As our Customer Service Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for managing and responding to customer emails, ensuring each inquiry is handled with care and efficiency. This is a part-time role requiring approximately 5 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and respond to customer emails with professionalism and empathy
• Provide accurate information and resolve common customer inquiries
• Escalate issues to management when necessary
• Maintain records of interactions and follow-up as needed
• Assist with creating and updating FAQ or template responses

Qualifications:
• Previous experience in customer service or virtual assistant roles (preferred)
• Excellent written communication skills (clear, professional, and friendly tone)
• Very Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Familiarity with email & Shopify platforms (e.g., Gmail, Outlook, WhatsApp and Shopify

Schedule & Compensation:
• Approximately 5 hours per week, flexible scheduling
• Remote position
• Compensation: $100 a month to start
