Role Overview:
As our Customer Service Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for managing and responding to customer
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and respond to customer
• Provide accurate information and resolve common customer inquiries
• Escalate issues to management when necessary
• Maintain records of interactions and follow-up as needed
• Assist with creating and updating FAQ or template responses
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in customer service or virtual assistant roles (preferred)
• Excellent written communication skills (clear, professional, and friendly tone)
• Very Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Schedule & Compensation:
• Approximately 5 hours per week, flexible scheduling
• Remote position
• Compensation: $100 a month to start
