Air Dynasty A/C & Heating is looking for a Lead Specialist to join our growing team.

What You’ll Do

Call potential customers who have engaged with us online or through campaigns.

Convert warm leads into scheduled appointments.

Outbound cold calling to generate new opportunities.

Follow scripts, but also think on your feet to build trust quickly.

Track leads, calls, and appointment conversions in our system.

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to hit daily/weekly goals.

What We’re Looking For

Outgoing personality with a professional phone presence.

Comfortable with cold calling and direct outreach.

Strong communication and listening skills.

Organized, goal-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, or sales is a plus.
