1. Calendar & Scheduling
Manage my Outlook/Teams/Google calendars.
Proactively block time for court, client meetings, drafting, and personal commitments.
Anticipate conflicts and reschedule smoothly.
Send reminders (via

Monitor my inbox, flag urgent items, and draft responses for your review.
Filter out spam, newsletters, and low-priority
Prepare correspondence on my behalf (letters,
Follow up with clients, opposing counsel, or vendors when I am unavailable.
3. Task & Deadline Tracking
Maintain a “master list” of ongoing cases, motions, and deadlines.
Coordinate with paralegals/associates to ensure work is moving forward.
Nudge me about important personal reminders (renew licenses, appointments, etc.).
4. Operations & Administration
Liaise with vendors (IT, office supplies, marketing contractors, etc.).
Help coordinate hiring, onboarding, and HR paperwork for staff.
5. Personal Assistance
Book travel (flights, hotels, car rentals).
Handle personal errands (gift buying, event RSVPs, reservations).
Keep track of birthdays, anniversaries, and other “soft touches” that matter to clients and staff.
6. Strategic Support
Anticipate my needs by understanding my preferences, priorities, and working style.
Act as a sounding board for firm operations and workflow improvements.
Help create systems (checklists, templates, standard operating procedures) that keep your practice consistent and efficient.
