Brand Marketing/Launch Coordinator/ Social Media & E-Commerce (Project-Based)

About Us


Premium Goodz Kollection (PGK) is an urban vintage clothing brand with a bold streetwear identity. We’re launching our first Kollection on Oct 19, 2025, and we’re looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to help run social media, SMS/E-Mail campaigns, and Shopify tasks leading up to launch day.


Role Overview


We’re hiring a part-time Virtual Assistant (16–20 hours/week) who’s skilled in social media marketing + Shopify support. This is a short-term project role designed to help execute our first major clothing drop.


Responsibilities

Schedule & manage Instagram posts, reels, and stories
Assist in setting up SMS & E-Mail campaigns (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar)
Help coordinate giveaways, influencer outreach, and community engagement
QA Shopify product pages and checkout process
Provide customer response support (DMs, comments) during launch week
Monitor orders + send low stock alerts
Track performance analytics and prepare a post-launch report



Requirements


Proven experience as a VA or Social Media Manager (preferably in e-commerce/fashion)
Comfortable with Shopify, Instagram, Canva, and SMS/E-Mail tools
Strong written English communication skills
Reliable internet + responsive communication
Able to work part-time hours with flexibility
Must be available for Oct 19 launch day (8–12 hrs. coverage)

Compensation & Payment


Flat Project Fee: $250–$450 USD (depending on experience)
Milestone Payments:
30% – Onboarding (Sept 19)
30% – After Hype Phase (Oct 9)
20% – After Launch Day (Oct 19)
20% – Final Wrap-Up (Oct 22)

Payments made via PayPal, Payoneer, or Wise
