Designer & Vector Designer wanted for T-Shirt business

Hello,

I am looking for a t-shirt and vector graphic designer, who can create around 10 designs per week for my t-shirt business. I will start this as a side job so I would not have the capacity for more output, at leas at the beginning.
I am looking for a creative and motivated graphic designer who can help me to bring my concepts to life for my young business. The language on the t-shirts would be mostly in English and German (German language will be explained in English so that you will have a better understanding whats all about).
If you are a creative designer who love to create appealing t-shirt designs I would love to review your application, resumes and portfolio of your previous work.

These Skills would be nice to have:
- experience in T-Shirt Design / Graphic Design preferably in the fashion or apparel industry
- understanding of typography, color theory, composition and layout
- ability to translate design briefs into compelling visual content
- Vector Illustration
- Logo
- Infographics
- Organic & Natural
- Minimal
- pencil drawing (black/white, etching like) as a plus

Now matter if you are experienced designer who is looking for some additional work or you just started with your career it would be great to grow with you.

You are also welcome if you are specialized in a special design style (vintage/retro, cartoon, typography, etc.).
