Amazon VA – Online Arbitrage Sourcing & Account Management Specialist

We are a growing Amazon FBA business looking for a dedicated VA experienced in Online Arbitrage sourcing and Amazon account management. You must already be skilled in product research, profitability analysis, and using industry tools. This is a long-term role with opportunities to grow.

Key Responsibilities:

Source profitable products through online arbitrage for resale on Amazon FBA

Analyze deals using SellerAmp (SAS), Keepa, Helium 10, Jungle Scout

Manage product listings on Amazon Seller Central

Track inventory levels, restock suggestions, and pricing

Conduct competitor & market research

Create detailed sourcing reports (Google Sheets/Excel)

Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and meet sourcing targets

Required Skills & Tools:

Experience with SellerAmp (SAS), Keepa charts, Helium 10, Jungle Scout

Proficient in Amazon Seller Central (listing, inventory, reports)

Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills

Ability to analyze ROI, profit margin, and sales rank

Attention to detail and ability to follow sourcing criteria

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

Prior experience working with Amazon OA/Wholesale sellers

Knowledge of tactical arbitrage, Revseller, or other sourcing tools

Experience with Amazon account health management

Work Hours:

Part-time (20 hrs/week) with potential to grow into full-time

Flexible schedule, but must deliver daily/weekly sourcing reports

Compensation:

Starting rate: $3–5 USD per hour (depending on experience)

Payments made weekly via Wise/Payoneer/PayPal
