JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Appointment Setter / Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in the Insurance industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for booking appointments, handling client inquiries, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to overcome objections, and a consistent work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:
• Make 200+ outbound calls daily to schedule appointments with potential clients.
• Professionally handle objections and communicate the value of our services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
• Accurately record call outcomes and appointment details.
• Collaborate with tea ---------- mbers to meet and exceed performance targets.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Proficient English communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Must have a VPN to make US-based calls.
• Ability to handle objections confidently over the phone.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Must own reliable equipment (laptop, smartphone, and stable internet connection).
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to meet daily calling targets.
