Position: Sales Person/Outbound caller/Appointment Setter

Location: Remote (EST Timezone) 8am to 5pm/9am to 6pm

Rate: PHP 175/hr (during probationary period of two weeks, increase will depend on performance)

If you have excellent English communication skills, sales experience and are comfortable with phone cold calling, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from our provided lead list.
Introduce our landscape and permanent lighting services.
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for our sales team.
Accurately update CRM with call outcomes and lead information.
Take inbound leads and address their concerns accordingly

Qualifications:
Proactive, with accountability and integrity (We highly value honesty in the company)
Excellent spoken and written English skills.
Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales.
Quiet home office setup with a stable internet connection.
Confidence in handling rejections and objections professionally.
Familiarity with CRMs (like GoHighLevel or similar) is a bonus.
