Personal Injury Attorney / Lawyer

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney from the Philippines and that is familiar with California Law. The ideal candidate will have strong personal injury experience, excellent demand letter writing skills, and a proven track record in legal research, writing.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle all phases of personal injury from intake through settlement.

Draft, review, and finalize demand letters that effectively present liability and damages arguments.

Develop case strategies and communicate clearly with clients about case progress.

Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel and insurance adjusters.

Collaborate with and oversee support staff to ensure efficient case management.

Qualifications:

3+ years of personal injury experience (trial experience strongly preferred).

Demonstrated expertise in California personal injury statutes, case law, and procedures. (or other states)

Proven ability to draft demand letters, settlement packages.

Excellent legal writing and research skills.

Strong negotiation skills with a history of favorable settlements.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage a heavy caseload.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with catastrophic injury, wrongful death, or complex liability cases a plus.

Familiarity with case management software (e.g., Clio, MyCase, Filevine).
