Virtual Assistant – Social Media, Marketing & Website Support (Mass Hydroponics & Mass Mycology)

About Us: Mass Hydroponics is a fast-growing hydroponics & mycology supply company based in Massachusetts, USA. We run retail stores and an online shop, and we’re passionate about helping growers succeed. Our brand is expanding fast, and we’re looking for a long-term Virtual Assistant to help us grow through social media, marketing, advertising, and website support.

What You’ll Do
• Manage & grow our social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
• Create engaging content in Canva (posts, stories, reels).
• Run & optimize Meta Ads + Google Ads campaigns.
• Influencer outreach & collab management (partner with local growers, YouTubers, TikTokers).
• SEO optimization (blog posts, product descriptions, keyword targeting for “hydroponics Massachusetts”, “mushroom cultivation supplies”, "Clones", "Spores" etc.).
• Customer engagement (reply to IG/ ---------- ments & DMs, build community around your brand).
• Ad reporting & split-testing (automatically test 2–3 versions of ads to find the winners).
• Assist with email marketing (Klaviyo or Mailchimp etc.).
• Email newsletter management (seasonal campaigns like Croptober Deals, Tax-Free Weekend, etc.)
• Support with website updates, product uploads, and design tweaks (Shopify or WordPress).
• Research trends, competitors, and help with marketing ideas.
• Track performance (engagement, ad ROI, email results) and suggest improvements.

Who We’re Looking For
• At least 1 year VA experience (social media + marketing required).
• Skilled in Canva, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads. • Familiar with email marketing platforms.

• Bonus: Website design/management (Shopify, WordPress, or WooCommerce).
• Strong written English & attention to detail.
• Creative, proactive, and reliable.

Hours & Pay
• 40 hrs per week (flexible, with weekly updates).
• Competitive salary (negotiable, based on experience).
