BigDayMemories is a California-based wedding photography and videography studio. We’re known for our editorial-meets-documentary style and seamless service, capturing timeless, emotionally real memories for couples on their most important day.

Role Overview
We’re looking for a Project/Account Manager to be the main point of contact for our couples from the ---------- nt they sign their contract until the delivery of their final gallery. You’ll manage timelines, coordinate with our creative team, and ensure every couple feels supported and cared for throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and professional communication.
Coordinate with photographers, videographers, editors, and appointment setters.
Manage post-production workflows, track editing progress, and ensure on-time delivery of photo and video galleries.
Oversee all stages of client projects—from initial planning through final delivery—ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
Organize schedules, event details, and media assets, making sure the creative team has everything they need.
Keep detailed project notes and organized documentation for each client.
Anticipate client needs, resolve concerns, and provide proactive support.
Manage multiple weddings and deadlines efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in project management or account management (wedding/creative industry a plus).
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal English communication.
Strong interpersonal skills with a client-first approach.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with HoneyBook, Pic-Time, and project management tools is a plus.
Understanding of photography/videography processes and terminology is a plus.
Ability to work on Los Angeles (PST) time zone.
