We are a U.S. construction service business expanding our sales team with driven, English-fluent cold callers and appointment setters. Our work is fast-paced, target-driven, and requires confidence on the phones.

The Role

We’re looking for go-getters who can confidently cold call prospects, build rapport quickly, and set appointments and build relationships. This role comes with base salary + commission — meaning your hard work directly increases your income.

You must be comfortable working during U.S. business hours (EST, CST, PST) and have the energy to handle multiple calls daily with professionalism and persistence. THIS IS NOT REAL ESTATE - this is for construction industry businesses.

Requirements

Fluent English skills (must sound natural and confident).
Must submit a Loom video introducing yourself so we can hear your speaking voice.
Comfortable with cold calling and phone-based sales.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Persistent, resilient, and not afraid of rejection.
Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment.
Able to work during U.S. time zones (EST, CST, PST).

What You’ll Do

Make outbound cold calls to targeted leads.
Qualify prospects and build relationships.
Set appointments and/or close sales (depending on the campaign).
Track activity and results in our system.
Follow scripts while adapting naturally to conversations.
Consistently hit and exceed daily/weekly call and sales targets.

Compensation
