We’re looking for a TikTok Shop Seller Manager who’s eager to dive head-first into the world of TikTok commerce. You don’t need to know everything about TikTok Shop yet, what matters most is your willingness to learn fast, experiment boldly, and grow with us.
You’ll get hands-on experience setting up our seller account, running campaigns, working with creators, and learning the ins and outs of how TikTok Shop works. This is a chance to be at the ground floor of one of the fastest-growing e-commerce channels and to build skills that will shape the future of social commerce.
Key Responsibilities
Learn and master TikTok Shop policies, setup, and seller operations.
Assist in managing product listings, promotions, and campaigns.
Support creator outreach: find, connect, and coordinate with TikTok creators/affiliates.
Track campaign performance and report key metrics (sales, traffic, creator performance).
Troubleshoot order, listing, or payout issues with support from the team.
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align shop activity with content.
Stay up to date on TikTok trends, features, and best practices.
Requirements
Strong interest in TikTok, social media, and e-commerce.
Willingness to learn TikTok Shop systems from scratch and take ownership.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks at once.
Comfortable communicating with influencers, partners, and support teams.
Analytical mindset and curious about numbers and what they mean.
Previous experience in marketing, e-commerce, or influencer work is a plus, but not required.
