Media Buying Consultant / Paid Ads Expert

We are looking for an elite media buyer and consultant to partner with us on scaling our high-ticket coaching business. This is not a position for beginners — we’re only looking for someone who has managed millions of dollars in ad spend and can bring a scientific, data-driven approach to scaling.

Who We’re Looking For:
- Extreme experience in high-ticket coaching and B2C marketing (must understand the customer psychology of 9–5 escape, wealth, and lifestyle brands).
- Proven success managing $1M+ in ad spend across Facebook Ads (TikTok Ads experience is a bonus).
- Advanced experience in HYROS (tracking, integrations, attribution).
- Ability to break down numbers, analyze data like a scientist, and make decisions that maximize profitability.
- Strong background in both consulting and hands-on media buying — able to provide high-level strategy while also diving into campaign builds and optimizations.
- Has a proven track record scaling high-ticket funnels with direct response advertising.

What You’ll Do:
- Audit our current ads and funnel strategy.
- Help diagnose issues (CTR drops, conversion fluctuations, attribution gaps, etc.) and prescribe actionable solutions.
- Provide hourly consulting + execution guidance via Zoom calls.
- Work directly with the CEO to scale campaigns profitably based on real-time data.
- Deliver step-by-step strategies on how we can break through current scaling plateaus.
