HeyTutor is looking for a driven and resourceful Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong background in sourcing and recruitment strategies. This role goes beyond simply posting jobs. We need someone who understands how to actively hunt for talent, build strong pipelines, and drive top candidates through the hiring funnel.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead proactive sourcing efforts to identify and engage qualified candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, resume databases, social media, networking, etc.).
- Manage and optimize job postings to attract the right candidates.
- Continuously update and refresh job descriptions to align with hiring needs and market trends.
- Maintain and track recruitment pipelines across multiple platforms (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, ATS, spreadsheets).
- Actively manage leads, follow up on prospects, and push candidates through the recruitment process.
- Create attractive recruitment flyers and marketing materials to support sourcing efforts.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring goals and align sourcing strategies.
- Track, maintain, and update internal spreadsheets and reports to ensure recruitment activities are organized and up-to-date.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong background in sourcing and talent acquisition; experience building and maintaining candidate pipelines.
- Experience using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume Search, ZipRecruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
- Familiarity with recruitment marketing, sourcing strategies, and candidate engagement best practices.
- Skilled in crafting job descriptions and recruitment materials to attract the right talent.
Rate: $8/hour
Schedule: 8am-4:30 pm Pacific Time
- Organized and detail-oriented, with proficiency in spreadsheets (Google Sheets, Excel).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Creative mindset for designing flyers and recruitment content (experience with Canva, Adobe, etc., is a plus).
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities.
