About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Logistics Administrative Support to join our operations team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that all shipments, returns, and warranty processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will act as the key link between our warehouse, warranty department, and customers to guarantee timely communication and accurate documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Management: Accurately encode serial numbers provided by the warehouse.
- Order Tracking: Send order tracking numbers to customers on the same day of shipment.
- Warranty Returns: Call clients to follow up on the return of warranty defective engines.
- Shipping Documentation: Prepare and issue shipping documents (Bills of Lading) to schedule carrier pickups.
- Shipment Monitoring: Track all outbound and inbound shipments; coordinate returns with warehouse support.
- Inspection Coordination: Monitor arrivals and ensure inspections are completed promptly.
- Interdepartmental Coordination: Work closely with the warranty department to address any concerns or challenges in picking up warranty defective engines.
Qualifications & Skills
- Extensive experience in customer service and process management.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English; able to represent the company professionally when speaking with clients.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate records and create clear process manuals.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and other basic office applications.
- Familiarity with automotive processes or terminology is a strong plus.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
