About Us
We are a Canadian staffing company supporting hospitality, events, and other industries across the country. Our team is expanding, and we are looking for a Recruiter Data Analyst to help us source top talent while also analyzing recruitment performance to improve our hiring strategies.
Role Overview
This role combines recruitment and data analytics. You will assist with sourcing and screening candidates, managing our ATS (Zoho Recruit), and creating recruitment reports to support our operations team.
We are starting with a part-time schedule (30 hours/week on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday), with the opportunity to grow into a full-time, long-term role for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
Post, source, and screen candidates through job boards and Zoho Recruit.
Maintain accurate recruitment data and candidate profiles.
Track and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, etc.).
Support recruiters and managers with candidate pipeline insights.
Perform administrative tasks related to recruitment as needed.
Qualifications
3+ years of recruitment experience (high-volume strongly preferred).
Strong skills in data analysis and reporting (Excel/Google Sheets required).
Experience with Zoho Recruit or similar ATS is highly valued.
Knowledge of Zoho Analytics, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus.
Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
