We’re growing fast, and we’re on the lookout for a rockstar Social Media Manager who’s passionate about content, obsessed with quality, and thrives behind the scenes making all the moving parts run smoothly.
**What You’ll Do**
Content Creation - Write captions, stories, and collaborate with editors for visuals.
Graphic Design - Produce eye-catching static posts, carousels, and branded visuals.
Strategy Execution - Build content calendars aligned with client goals.
Client Communication - Send content for approval, manage revisions, and respond promptly.
Community Engagement - Reply to DMs, comments, and story interactions.
Scheduling & Posting - Publish content via Metricool or native apps.
Team Coordination - Check in with editors, track task status.
Quality Control - Ensure typo-free, on-brand, visually polished content.
Analytics & Reporting - Deliver monthly performance reports with insights.
SEO Optimization - Incorporate keywords into content.
Ad Support - Assist with scheduling & assets for paid ads.
Trend Tracking - Monitor competitors and industry trends.
**What We’re Looking For**
Experience - 2+ years in social media management, strategy, or content coordination.
Graphic Design Skills - Strong eye for design; proficient in Canva (Photoshop/Illustrator is a plus).
Tool Savvy - Canva, Instagram/Facebook, Notion, Metricool, Google Drive.
Strong Communication - Excellent written & spoken English.
Detail-Oriented - Spot typos, align with brand style, deliver polished work.
Organized & Proactive - Self-starter, keeps projects moving.
Availability - Part-time, night shift (between 8 PM–5 AM PH time).
Bonus Points - Experience with U.S.-based clients & high-end brands.
