This is a remote role that requires someone proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
The successful candidate must sign a **Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)** to protect the confidentiality of both brands’ data, strategies, client information, and business operations.
Responsibilities
Social Media Management (Both Brands)
* Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (graphics, captions, videos/reels) across platforms (e.g., Instagram,
* Maintain distinct brand voices and aesthetics for both businesses.
* Develop monthly content calendars for both accounts.
* Monitor engagement (comments, DMs), respond to followers, and build online community.
* Track performance using analytics tools and report key metrics (growth, reach, engagement).
* Research relevant hashtags, trends, and competitor content.
* Use tools like **Canva**, **Meta Business Suite**, **Later**, or **Buffer** to manage posts.
Email
* Design, write, and send regular newsletters, educational content, and promotional campaigns.
* Segment and maintain
* Analyze open rates, click-through rates, and conversions; optimize content based on performance.
* Ensure
* Set up automated
Collaboration & Admin
* Coordinate with the business owner on monthly goals, content themes, and special promotions.
* Maintain organized folders and records of all content and campaign performance.
* Assist with light administrative tasks related to marketing operations (e.g., uploading blog posts, organizing testimonials, compiling FAQs).
Requirements:
* Proven experience in social media and
* Ability to manage multiple brands and adjust tone/style accordingly.
* Strong writing and visual content creation skills.
* Experience with Canva and
* Knowledge of social media trends, content strategy, and audience engagement tactics.
* Reliable time management and communication skills.
* Comfortable using productivity tools (Google Drive, Trello, Notion, Slack, etc.).
* **Willingness to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before beginning work.**
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working with education or financial/credit-related brands.
* Basic knowledge of credit repair or financial education is a strong plus.
* Familiarity with paid social ads is a bonus.
* SEO knowledge and/or blog writing skills are a plus.
Hours & Compensation:
10 hours per week (Flexible, but must meet deadlines)
