Human Resource Specialist

I am looking for a Human Resource Specialist with at least 1 year experience in Sourcing and Recruitment. You will be working for a start-up company, and your key responsibilities includes:

Pre-Screening Candidates for roles such as Virtual Assistant, Appointment Setter, Sales and more
Initial Interviews to assess candidate's fit
Coordinating schedules for interview to the Hiring Manager and Director
Pipeline Management using Loxo and GHL
Other HR Support tasks such as Employee Check-ins, answering employee inquiries, daily log-in/out monitoring and etc.
