JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Support & Digital Content Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a crucial new role responsible for managing our support inbox and actioning a variety of administrative and digital marketing tasks.

You will be the first point of contact for many inbound requests, ensuring they are handled efficiently and professionally. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, comfortable with technology, and possess excellent communication skills. While the initial focus is on the duties below, we anticipate this role will evolve, offering a great opportunity for the right person to grow with the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage the company's support email inbox, ensuring all queries are actioned in a timely manner.

Upload, format, and publish news and PR articles to our WordPress website.

Set up and schedule email marketing campaigns in Mailchimp using content supplied by our clients.

Maintain a content diary, tracking deadlines and requirements for website updates and email campaigns.

Proactively liaise with clients to chase for necessary content and assets.

Skills and Experience Required:

Essential: Proven experience managing content on a WordPress website.
Essential: Demonstrable experience creating and managing campaigns in Mailchimp.
Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
Excellent written communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
A proactive and reliable approach to managing your own workload.
The ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
