An Email Marketing Specialist executes email campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers. They are responsible for segmentation, automation flows, and performance tracking across platforms like Klaviyo and HubSpot at in accordance with defined email strategies.

We need help scaling. We're looking for someone who can build campaigns in Klaviyo, manage segmentation, and own performance tracking. Bonus if they have design instincts.

Required Skills Experience:
3 Years Above - MINIMUM of 3 Years.

Mandatory Skills:

• Email campaign implementation
• List segmentation and cleaning
• Workflow building and editing
• Copywriting
• Performance reporting and analysis

Good to have skills (Optional Skills)
• A/B testing
• Light graphic design
• Basic HTML/CSS
• Deliverability

• HubSpot or Salesforce, or other CRM
• Mailchimp
• Canva or other design tools

Familiar with some or all:

Full-time (20-40 hours/week).
Amenable to night shifts (PH timezone).
College level or higher (any course is welcome).
