About us
A well established dropshipping company with over 3 years in the market and seven figure annual revenue, specializing in smartwatches and serving customers in the US, UK, Australia, Canada, and major European markets.

What you'll do
We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Customer Support Rep / Virtual Assistant to join our remote team.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email and social media only.
- Provide accurate product information and troubleshoot order issues.
- Process returns, exchanges, and warranty requests.
- Track orders and liaise with our fulfillment team when needed.
- Maintain customer records.
- Assist with light admin tasks (data entry, scheduling, reporting).

What we're looking for
Excellent written and spoken English.
Familiarity with Shopify, Gmail and Microsoft Teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Prior experience in customer service.

Availability: 30 hours per week, with the possibility of adding 12 additional hours on weekends.
Daily Schedule: 6 hours per day, ideally split into two 3-hour blocks, one in the morning and one in the evening (to ensure coverage across time zones).
Flexibility: Fully remote. Philippines timezone work hours.

Compensation
$600+ depending on the working hours.
Salary increase based on performance and productivity.
