A Junior Performance Ads Designer produces static and short-form motion creative for paid social channels. Their focus is direct response: ads that convert. They iterate quickly, follow brand guidelines, and support performance marketers or media buyers with a mix of visual creative, motion, and resizing for Meta, TikTok, and other platforms. They are not media buyers — but understand what makes an ad “work.”

We’re trying to scale our ad creative output. We need someone who can quickly produce performance-driven graphics, both static and light motion, for Meta and TikTok. Should be comfortable with resizing and quick turnarounds.

Required Skills Experience:
3 Years Above - MINIMUM of 3 Years.

Mandatory Skills:

• Ad creative (static + motion)
• Graphic design (brand-aligned)
• Landing page design (for ad flow)
• Video editing (lightweight)
• Motion graphics and animation
• Asset resizing for platforms
• CTA-focused layout

• Email header design
• UGC-style formatting
• A/B variant creation
• Ad performance awareness
• Social feed layout optimization
• Creative iteration for testing
• Hooks, CTAs, scroll-stopping thumbnails
