Position: Virtual Assistant (Lead Generation & Admin Support)
Company: Inclusive Recovery (part of Inclusive Studios Ltd – UK)
Type: Part-Time (20 hrs/week to start, potential Full-Time)
Starting Salary: ?21,000/month (with salary increase after 3 months based on performance)
Schedule: 4 hours/day, Monday to Friday (UK time overlap preferred)
Payment: Monthly via Wise/PayPal

Inclusive Recovery is a UK-based debt recovery business helping landlords, letting agents, and small businesses recover unpaid debts through professional and straightforward solutions.

We are growing quickly and looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to assist with lead generation, outreach, and administrative tasks. This is a long-term role with opportunities to increase salary and hours.

Responsibilities
• Research and build lead lists of UK landlords, letting agents, and small businesses
• Send outreach emails, Facebook messages, and LinkedIn DMs (templates provided)
• Track cases and client details in Google Sheets/CRM
• Send follow-ups and organise replies
• Manage documents, contracts, and client communication
• Provide daily/weekly progress reports

Requirements
• Excellent English (written and spoken)
• Experience with lead generation and admin support
• Comfortable using Google Sheets, Gmail, LinkedIn, and Facebook
• Reliable internet connection and availability during UK working hours overlap
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive

Preferred Skills
• Previous experience in debt recovery, property, or legal admin
• Familiarity with UK businesses and landlords
• Knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Trello, Notion)
