Debt Collection Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Debt Collector Agent to join our growing team. This is a full-time, work-from-home position offering a competitive salary and the opportunity to make a real impact.

Responsibilities:
Contact debtors via phone to collect outstanding payments
Negotiate payment plans and resolve outstanding debts
Maintain accurate records of all collections activity
Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection goals
Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional demeanor


Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year experience in debt collection
Experience with third-party collections is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Compensation and Benefits:
$4 per hour (Full-time)
