JOB OVERVIEW

Please note: Applicants will be required to perform a sampling of the work you are being hired to perform. You will be paid for this work. Additionally, a skype interview will be conducted. If you are not willing to do either of these, please do not apply.

You will be helping to do the work in my company, but also doing client work through my direction. I am starting a business coaching and speaking company.

Transcribe Periscope, Facebook Live, Radio, TV and other Media Broadcasts
1. Transcribe any media broadcasts and help to turn into useable pieces for other social media
2. Write blog post from transcription
3. Create several twitter posts
4. Create posts for Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram and other social media as appropriate

Write Blog Posts from Transcriptions Above (Ghost Writer - Kind of)
1. Take transcriptions or an idea and create a blog post
2. Submit blog posts in draft form to be reviewed and posted by me

Social Media Posting
1. You may be asked to be the primary person posting on our various social media sites including Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
2. Post information from the above activities to these accounts

Video Editing
1. This one is a bonus skill to have
2. If you can edit video, that will be a bonus. However, I need strong skills in the above first.

Create a Variety of Documents
1. Create documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher and potentially other office software
2. Documents include Calendars, schedules, letters, spreadsheets, and more
3. Create flyers, posters, signs, pricing documents, etc.
4. Items in this category include a wide variety general office documents to numerous to name all of them

Sales and Marketing Communications
1. Enter all new prospects into PerfectMind or HubSpot (CRM System) daily
2. Write thank you emails/notifications for first time callers, new leads, visitors, etc.
3. Send out reminder postcards and emails for anyone schedule more than three days in advance for an intro lesson.
4. Create flyers, posters, and other marketing materials to promote events
5. Create Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook, and twitter posts, graphics, etc., to promote events

Other similar duties will be assigned as they come up.

Note: Even if you are not an expert at all of these, but you can do all and are really good at some, please apply. I am looking for someone who is willing to learn and grow even in the areas that you are currently weak in. I need an awesome team player who is willing to go the extra mile.
