Go High Level CRM set up

Hi, I'm wanting some help. We use a business coach who has sorted out our subscription to GHL. He then will help us to set up from a marketing point of view with GHL.

However, Ideally I'd like to also use GHL as a CRM to manage our client journey. We currently use Trello for this, but ideally - if we are using GHL for marketing- I'd also like to migrate our client journey process across too. Our business coach won't support us with this, so I'm looking to hire someone who can.

We are a mortgage brokerage and our client journey is in 7 stages - new lead, new client, DIP, Mortgage submitted, Offer, Exchange & Completion.

I want tasks to automate and be assigned with each stage.

We use Calendly so I'd like our booking system to exist in GHL rather than calendly also.

Is this something you could support with and could you let me know the costs involved.
