What You’ll Do
Provide outstanding customer support across multiple channels.
Handle refunds, complaints, and issue logs (Google Sheets).
Collaborate with the team daily via Slack.
Use Shopify and Gorgias to manage orders and customer interactions.
Spot recurring issues and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements
-At least 6 months of customer service experience (e-commerce required)
-Shopify experience is a must
-Familiar with Gorgias, ChatGPT, Zendesk, Google Workspace, Slack
-Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
-Reliable internet & quiet work environment
-Available Monday to Saturday
-Willing to sign an NDA if hired
