We are looking for a detail-oriented and client-focused Virtual Assistant to support our growing digital marketing agency. This role is designed for someone who thrives in organization, reporting, and coordination. You will work directly with the founder, ensuring client campaigns run smoothly and that our clients consistently receive high-quality communication and results.
Responsibilities
- Join daily check-ins with the founder to review priorities, client updates, and action items.
- Prepare client reports (SEO, Google Ads, website performance) and deliver them on schedule.
- Coordinate with specialists (designers, SEO contractors, ad managers) to ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Track client campaigns in CRM and project management tools, keeping all information accurate and up to date.
- Attend client meetings for note-taking and follow-ups (founder will lead the calls).
- Draft professional client communications
- Proactively flag potential issues in campaigns and communicate them for resolution.
- Support the founder in documenting SOPs and improving internal processes.
Requirements
- Strong written and spoken English (professional tone required for client communications).
- Previous experience in client success, account management, or operations within a marketing or digital services environment is a plus.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable using CRMs, project management tools, and spreadsheets.
- Reliable, responsive, and able to work US business hours (Eastern Time overlap required).
Compensation
- $800–$1,200/month depending on experience.
