Senior Packaging and Graphic Designer

This role involves designing and editing packaging and print assets for product boxes, inserts, leaflets, and more. You will work with a wide variety of files and ensure that all packaging and printed materials align with our brand identity.

Candidates must have multiple years of experience in packaging and print design.

Role responsibilities:

- Design, retouch, and prepare packaging and print-ready assets.
- Colour correct, format, and adjust layouts to align with brand aesthetics.
- Apply advanced editing techniques to packaging files, including dielines, mockups, and pre-press adjustments.
- Optimise artwork for both large-scale and small-scale print applications.
- Collaborate with the content and operations teams to understand project requirements and desired outcomes.
- Maintain consistent quality and style across all packaging and printed materials.
- Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Organise and archive design files efficiently.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Packaging Designer, Graphic Designer, or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Understanding of print production processes, colour theory, and composition.
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively at a fast pace.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.

Familiarity with ClickUp and Slack is preferred
