JOB TITLE: Marketing Consultant – Franchise Business

Job Summary:
We’re seeking persuasive Marketing Consultants to promote our franchise nationwide. If you’re people-smart, sales-savvy, and passionate about helping Filipinos start their own foodcart business, this is for you!

Key Responsibilities:
Promote foodcart franchise packages online and in the field
Handle calls, messages, and walk-ins with prospects
Run orientations, seminars, and pitch presentations
Close deals and assist clients through onboarding
Meet monthly sales goals for franchise sign-ups
Represent the brand at events and activations
Compensation & Commission Structure:
Commission: Per closed franchisee
Bonuses: Monthly incentives for top closers
Perks: Travel allowance, referral rewards
No cap — higher sales = higher earnings

Qualifications:
Sales experience preferred but not required
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Driven, confident, and results-oriented
Willing to learn franchise processes and tools
Comfortable using Facebook, IG, Gmail, Google Drive
