About the Role:
We’re seeking a skilled Netsuite Specialist to join our remote team and play a key role in onboarding new customers to the Netsuite platform. You’ll be the go-to expert for implementation, configuration, and client training—ensuring a smooth transition and long-term success for our clients.

Responsibilities:
Lead the onboarding process for new Netsuite customers
Configure and customize Netsuite to meet client needs
Provide training and support to clients during implementation
Troubleshoot issues and offer ongoing guidance
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration

Requirements:
Proven experience with Netsuite implementation and onboarding
Strong understanding of Netsuite modules and workflows
Excellent communication skills in English
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Must be available to work US Pacific Time (8am–5pm)

Bonus Skills:
Experience with ERP migrations
Familiarity with CRM integrations
Basic scripting or SuiteScript knowledge
