What You'll Be Doing:
- Handle inbound phone calls with professionalism, accuracy and care
- Respond to customer
- Maintain accurate records and logs in our systems
- Conduct timely follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction
- Support customer retention initiatives
- Manage return processes and coordinate with our fulfillment team
- Work collaboratively across departments to solve customer issues
What We're Looking For:
- At least 2+ years of Customer Service experience specifically in e-commerce stores [Must]
- 6+ months hands-on experience with Shopify (or similar E-com platforms) [Must]
- Can commit to working 44 hours per week including weekends (10PM to 6AM PH Time) [Must]
- Experience with time tracking tools and accountability
- Strong commitment & professional work ethics
- Proficient with Gorgias (or similar helpdesk tools), Google Sheets, Notion / ClickUp (or similar tools)
- Good conversational English (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail with repetitive tasks
- Excellent time management and process-oriented mindset
- Ability to identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements
System Requirements:
- Windows 10 or higher
- AMD Ryzen 5 processor (or equivalent)
- Minimum 16GB RAM DDR4 + SSD preferred
- Stable internet connection
Bonus Points (But not required)
- Intermediate Google Sheets skills (formulas, filters, pivot tables)
- Previous experience with Notion or project management tools
- Creative eye for visual content and layouts
