Full Stack Developer

We’re assembling our remote product & development team and are looking for Full Stack Developers who are in their final year of university or have recently graduated (ages 20–24 preferred). This role is part of a learning curriculum — an opportunity to apply your foundational knowledge, gain mentorship, and grow into a key role. We actually prefer candidates with limited work experience but with a strong conceptual understanding and passion for learning.

You’ll collaborate with designers and developers under the guidance of an experienced lead. The first few months will be a teaching + learning phase with an internship mentality — focused on growth, practice, and proving your fit for our long-term vision.

Responsibilities

Assist in building scalable web applications using front-end and back-end technologies (React, Node.js, Express, etc.).

Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.

Help design and manage databases (SQL or NoSQL).

Work closely with UI/UX designers to translate designs into functional code.

Contribute to code reviews, testing, and debugging.

Participate in sprints and project planning sessions.

Qualifications

Basic experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one backend language (Node.js, Python, or similar).

Understanding of databases and APIs.

Familiarity with Git/GitHub.

Strong interest in building full-stack applications and problem-solving.

Age 20–24, currently in final year of college or recently graduated.

Curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a startup environment.

Compensation

Initial Phase: Training & evaluation period (internship-style). Small bonuses may be provided per project, but not guaranteed.

Growth Phase: Profit-sharing model – earn from company profits as we scale.

Long-Term: Career path toward Lead Developer, Architect, or CTO.
