Role Overview

We are seeking an innovative and experienced AI Engineer/AI Architect to join our dynamic team. This cutting-edge role focuses on developing and implementing artificial intelligence solutions to transform our property maintenance and construction services. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing AI systems, developing intelligent automation solutions, and creating AI-driven tools that enhance our operational efficiency and client experience across our diverse service offerings.

Key Responsibilities

AI System Development & Architecture
AI Solution Design: Architect and develop comprehensive AI systems tailored to property maintenance and construction industry needs
Machine Learning Implementation: Build and deploy machine learning models for predictive maintenance, cost estimation, and project optimization
AI Agent Development: Create intelligent AI agents and chatbots for customer service and internal process automation
LangChain Integration: Utilize LangChain to build context-aware conversational agents, document retrieval systems, and workflow automation pipelines.
System Integration: Integrate AI solutions with existing business systems and workflows

Machine Learning & Deep Learning
Model Development: Design and implement advanced machine learning and deep learning models for business applications
Natural Language Processing: Develop NLP solutions for document processing, client communication, and knowledge management
Autonomous Systems: Create autonomous decision-making systems for project scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control
Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize AI models for accuracy, efficiency, and scalability

Data Engineering & Pipeline Management
Data Pipeline Development: Build robust data pipelines to support AI model training and deployment
Cloud Integration: Implement and manage cloud-based AI services across AWS, Azure, and GCP platforms
API Development: Develop and maintain APIs for AI service integration and data exchange
Database Management: Work with various databases and data storage solutions to support AI operations

Technical Implementation & Deployment
Framework Utilization: Leverage advanced AI frameworks including TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and LangChain for AI workflow orchestration.
Python Development: Write efficient, scalable Python code for AI applications and system integrations
Algorithm Implementation: Apply strong mathematical and algorithmic knowledge to solve complex business problems
Testing & Validation: Implement comprehensive testing and validation procedures for AI systems

Required Skills & Experience

Essential Qualifications
AI Engineering Experience: Proven experience as an AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or AI Architect
ML/DL Expertise: Strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing (NLP)
Experience building AI-driven automation tools and conversational systems.
LangChain Experience: Hands-on experience developing and deploying applications using LangChain, integrating LLMs, vector databases, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines.

Technical Requirements
Programming Skills: Advanced proficiency in Python programming with focus on AI and machine learning applications
Cloud Platforms: Experience with cloud-based AI services on AWS, Azure, or GCP
API Development: Strong knowledge of API development, data pipelines, and system integrations
Mathematical Foundation: Strong mathematical and algorithmic background for AI model development
