Part-Time Customer Support Rep (U.S. Hours, Remote)

We’re a U.S.-based e-commerce company selling premium under-desk treadmills and workplace wellness products. We’re looking for a part-time Customer Support Rep (5–8 hrs/week, variable) who can provide excellent service during U.S. business hours. This role starts small but is intended to scale as our customer base expands.

*The Role*

- Respond to customer questions via email and phone

- Handle delivery updates, returns, and exchanges (not technical support)

- Work 5–8 hrs/week, but must be available to respond during U.S. business hours (8am–6pm EST, Mon–Fri)

- Long-term role with potential to grow as the business grows

*Requirements*

- Excellent written and spoken English (clear, neutral accent preferred)

- Customer service or BPO experience (e-commerce support a plus)

- Reliable internet and quiet workspace

- Friendly, empathetic, and professional communication style

- $8–$15/hour, depending on experience

- 13th-month pay (pro-rated)
