Part-Time VA for Wedding Photographer – Creative Content & Support

Hi there!

I’m Emily, a UK-based wedding photographer building out the education side of my business. Alongside photographing weddings, I’m creating digital products and short courses for photographers (and eventually other wedding professionals).
I’m looking for a creative, reliable VA to help me bring my ideas and content to life – mostly by turning my words into polished, on-brand Canva designs. Think:

Templates for photographers
Course slides and PDFs
Lead magnets and freebies
Social media graphics
Pinterest posting and optimisation
Caption creating for Instagram
Occasional reel creation for Instagram
There may also be occasional research tasks (e.g. scoping ideas, exploring tools, gathering inspiration), blog post and email writing and other related tasks.

You should be:
Great at English (spoken + written)
Confident using Canva, Instagram, Pinterest & Gmail (Trello is a bonus)
Creative, reliable, and detail-focused
Someone who enjoys making things look beautiful and cohesive
Available around 10 hours/week (flexible – just occasional overlap with UK hours is helpful)
