As we expand globally across Amazon and retail, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Supply & Demand Coordinator to oversee and optimize our global supply chain operations.
Role Overview
The Supply & Demand Coordinator will be the key communication hub between our production house and warehouses in the EU, US, and Canada. This role is responsible for forecasting product and raw material needs, allocating stock across regions, and managing inventory levels for Amazon and direct sales channels. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-moving, cross-regional environment.
Key Responsibilities
-Forecasting & Planning
Develop accurate demand forecasts for products and raw materials based on sales trends, seasonality, and upcoming campaigns.
Align production schedules with demand forecasts to ensure uninterrupted supply.
-Inventory & Allocation
Monitor and manage stock levels across all warehouses (EU, US, Canada) and Amazon.
Allocate inventory strategically to meet regional demand and minimize stockouts or overstocking.
Oversee Amazon FBA stock levels and replenishment for multiple marketplaces.
-Supply Chain Management
Act as the main point of contact between the production house and warehouses.
Manage shipments, ensuring on-time delivery and cost-efficiency.
Track raw material requirements and coordinate procurement with production.
-Analysis & Reporting
Produce regular reports on stock health, sell-through rates, and forecast accuracy.
Identify supply chain risks and propose mitigation strategies.
Support senior management with insights to guide production and sales strategies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, or Engineering (Master’s a plus).
3+ years experience in supply chain, logistics, or demand planning (preferably in consumer goods or e-commerce).
Strong knowledge of Amazon FBA operations and multi-region logistics.
Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills; knowledge of inventory management systems a plus.
Strong communication skills to manage cross-regional and cross-cultural stakeholders.
Highly organized, analytical, and proactive problem solver.
