Real Estate & Recruitment Cold Caller (Work From Home – Australian Hours)

Job Description:

We are an Australia-based Real Estate and Recruitment firm seeking a motivated, reliable, and professional Cold Caller / Telemarketer to join our team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients and companies using company-provided data. Your primary role will be to establish initial contact, introduce our services, and book appointments for further discussions.

This role requires excellent communication skills, confidence on the phone, and the ability to build rapport quickly with clients and companies.

Responsibilities:
Real Estate Division

Cold call potential clients (data provided by the company).

Introduce our real estate services confidently and professionally.

Ask clients if they are interested in selling or buying properties, or if they may have any future requirements.

Identify and pass on active leads to the sales team.

Recruitment Division

Call companies (data provided) to introduce our recruitment services.

Discuss opportunities for collaboration and explain the value of our solutions.

Book appointments and agreements between companies and our team.

Call clients actively looking for overseas workers and share their requirements with our recruitment team.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a telemarketer, cold caller, or customer service representative (real estate or recruitment background preferred but not mandatory).

Excellent spoken English with a neutral or minimal accent.

Confident, persuasive, and able to handle objections effectively.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Must be able to work Australian business hours.

Reliable internet connection, computer, and headset.
