Part-Time Reels Video Editor for Beauty Aggregator

We are a growing beauty aggregator site creating aesthetic, engaging, and faceless content for Instagram and TikTok. We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Part-Time Video Editor to join our team and turn our raw footage into fantastic, polished reels that capture attention.

If you are a wizard with CapCut, have a great eye for beauty aesthetics, and love making videos pop, we want to hear from you!

This is a remote, part-time position requiring 4 hours per day.

Key Responsibilities:

Edit raw video footage into high-quality, engaging Instagram/TikTok Reels (15-60 seconds).

Use CapCut to perform all video editing tasks, including trimming clips, adding seamless transitions, applying effects, and color correcting to match our brand aesthetic.

Create stunning and on-brand text overlays, title cards, and call-to-actions using Canva and CapCut.

Masterfully integrate audio, including sourcing and syncing trending music, adding impactful sound effects (SFX), and cleaning up voiceover audio.

Understand the principles of creating "faceless" UGC-style content, making the product the hero of the video.

Keep up-to-date with the latest Reels/TikTok trends and apply them to our content strategy.

Organize and manage project files to ensure an efficient workflow.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a short-form video editor with a strong portfolio of Reels or TikToks.

Expert-level proficiency in CapCut is essential. You must know the app inside and out.

Strong skills in Canva for creating custom graphics and text overlays.

A keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of the beauty niche aesthetic (clean, modern, aspirational).

Excellent sense of pacing, rhythm, and storytelling for short-form video.

Ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and meet deadlines.

Must be able to communicate well in English.
