Integrator / Operations Manager (E-commerce & Marketing Focus)

We are a fast-growing 7-figure supplement brand seeking an Integrator / Operations Manager to help scale our company by building systems, running operations, and keeping our team accountable.

Your role is to turn the founder’s vision into execution by managing projects, enforcing KPIs, and ensuring every part of our marketing and operations machine runs smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Run weekly leadership & Facebook team ---------- calls (with structured agendas).

Manage project timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on time.

Track and update dashboards for key KPIs (CAC, LTV, retention, revenue, creatives launched, etc.).

Hold agencies and internal tea ---------- mbers accountable (Media Buyers, Creative Strategists, Visual Team, CRO, Email/SMS).

Translate business goals into clear step-by-step execution plans.

Identify bottlenecks and solve problems proactively.

Ensure all systems, processes, and reporting are optimized and running consistently.

You are a good fit if you:

Have strong experience in operations or project management (e-commerce experience is a big plus).

Love systems, organization, and accountability.

Are detail-oriented and can enforce deadlines.

Understand KPIs and metrics, especially in digital marketing and paid ads.

Work well with fast-moving founders and can bring order to chaos.
