Tracking & Web Analytics Specialist

???? We’re Hiring: Tracking & Web Analytics Specialist (Remote)

Do you have 3–5 years of hands-on experience in web analytics and tracking? We’re looking for a specialist who can implement, troubleshoot, and optimize tracking frameworks to ensure campaigns are measured with precision.

What you’ll do:
- Implement and configure Meta Pixel across websites
- Set up Google Tag Manager (client + server-side)
- Create and validate custom events for marketing & analytics
- Ensure accurate data flow between GTM, GA4, and ad platforms
- Debug and QA with Tag Assistant, Pixel Helper, and browser tools
- Collaborate with developers and marketers for consistent measurement


What we’re looking for:
- Proven expertise in Meta Pixel, GTM, and GA4
- Ability to work with custom dataLayer implementations (JS/PHP)
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented, precise, and methodical in tracking accuracy
- Strong communicator, able to explain technical setups clearly
- Self-organized and proactive in a remote team setup


Nice to have:
- Familiarity with TikTok Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, or other platforms
- Server-side tagging knowledge
- Cross-domain tracking and cookie consent experience
- Basic SEO/SEM performance alignment
