Photo & Video Editor – Join Our Creative Team

At Caravea, we craft websites and digital experiences for the caravan and lifestyle industry — helping brands inspire adventure and connect with their audiences. We’re now looking for a Photo & Video Editor who can do more than simple edits. You’ll retouch images to perfection and craft videos that range from scroll?stopping social clips to high?production lifestyle stories up to an hour long.

What You’ll Do:

Photo Editing:
* Edit, enhance and retouch images to meet our quality standards and project specs.
* Use Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom to adjust lighting, colour and composition and maintain consistency across images.
* Collaborate with marketing team, photographers and designers to ensure images align with our guidelines.
* Manage file organisation and uploading to our internal storage software.

Video Editing:
* Edit raw footage into polished videos using CapCut and Adobe software such as Premiere Pro and After Effects.
* Organise video assets (footage, audio, graphics) and keep project files tidy.
* Perform colour correction and colour grading to create a consistent look, and synchronise audio.
* Add simple motion graphics, call?outs and lower thirds; incorporate transitions and effects to enhance storytelling.
* Mix voice?overs and music; export videos in various formats for social media, marketing campaigns and long?form content.
* Work closely with the creative team to implement feedback and deliver final cuts quickly.

What We’re Looking For:

* Proven experience as a photo editor and video editor with a strong portfolio (please submit one!).
* Advanced proficiency in CapCut and Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom); ability to adopt new tools quickly.
* A sharp eye for composition, colour, lighting and detail; confidence in colour correcting/grading both photos and videos.
* Experience creating everything from social?media shorts/reels to high?production lifestyle videos up to an hour long.
* Ability to craft engaging motion graphics, titles, lower thirds and call?outs.
* Strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
* Excellent communication skills — you can clearly explain your creative decisions and work well with a team.

* Salary: PHP 35,000 - PHP 45,000
