Full-Time Video Editor for Faith-Based Content (Premiere Pro / Shortform / Podcast)

Hey! I’m Austin Falter, founder of Falter Media — a U.S.-based creative agency with a full-time team of 15 (mostly in the Philippines). We make videos that actually move the needle — for YouTubers, podcasters, and mission-driven brands.

We’re currently looking for a skilled video editor who is ready to jump in full-time starting this week. You’ll be focused on short-form and podcast content, working with a tight, talented team that values great communication, fun, and excellence

What We Do

We help podcasters, doctors, and faith-based brands, nonprofits, and personal brands — especially in the Latter-day Saint (LDS) space — create compelling video content. Think:
• Weekly podcast episodes
• Daily shortform videos
• YouTube storytelling
• And soon…documentaries

The Role

Position: Advanced Video Editor
Type: Full-Time (part-time possible if needed)
Location: Remote
Start Date: This week
Salary: Starts at $1000/month, with regular raises & bonuses
Software Required: Adobe Premiere Pro (you must have a license)
Bonus if you know: Adobe After Effects or CapCut

Responsibilities
• Edit podcast episodes (cutting fluff, syncing audio, polishing flow)
• Create shortform videos that are fast-paced, clean, and engaging
• Follow creative briefs and provide revisions based on team feedback
• Collaborate with a project manager (not clients!) to hit deadlines
• Maintain our core values in everything: creativity, authenticity, fun, generosity, precision, and efficiency

Requirements
• 4+ years editing experience or portfolio to match
• Fluent English (written + spoken)
• Strong understanding of LDS culture and doctrine (you don’t need to be an expert or even a member, just familiar)
• Respect for faith-based content and brands
• Stable internet, your own computer, and consistent availability
• Slack and Google Drive fluency
