JOB OVERVIEW

We’re VERVE Fitness, a fast-growing Australian gym equipment brand. Content drives our growth, and we’re looking for a full-time editor who can take raw footage and turn it into short-form videos that stop the scroll and drive sales. This content is primarily based around gym equipment, saunas, ice baths, and other wellness products, so we're looking for someone with a passion for fitness!

This is a high-output role. You’ll be responsible for producing 50+ short-form edits per week, for use primarily on Meta ads, but also TikTok, Reels, and Shorts. Quick cuts, captions, b-roll, hooks, and edits designed to drive sales.

You’ll also handle color grading of raw footage from mirrorless cameras, and occasionally cut cinematic/product-focused videos. The bulk of your work, though, is short-form ad content.

We want someone who can take a script or creative brief and put the edit together with minimal direction or oversight.

What You’ll Do
• Deliver 50+ short-form edits weekly.
• Add captions, subtitles, overlays, transitions, sound effects.
• Select the right b-roll for training, gym, and fitness content.
• Color grade footage from cameras (mandatory skill).
• Manage files in an organised manner
• Occasionally edit longer/cinematic projects to brand standard.

Requirements
• Proven short-form editing experience.
• Strong color grading ability.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Fast turnaround and consistency.
• Clear communication.
• Ability to work independently and take projects from brief to final cut.
• Fitness/gym interest strongly preferred.

Portfolio Requirement

Applications must include a link to relevant short-form video work. If you don’t include a portfolio, your application will not be considered.
