We’re looking for a driven SDR/BDR who will play a key role in bringing new clients to our firm and closing deals. If you thrive in sales, enjoy relationship-building, and excel at negotiating and closing, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Outreach
Identify and research potential clients through LinkedIn, email, and other platforms.
Execute manual outreach campaigns to connect with decision-makers and build a robust pipeline.

Client Meetings & Sales
Schedule, attend, and actively lead all potential client meetings (virtual or in-person when applicable).
Present our recruiting services with confidence and tailor solutions to client needs.

Negotiation & Deal Closing
Discuss and negotiate pricing, rates, and terms with prospects.
Successfully close new business and achieve or exceed sales targets.

Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with new clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Collaborate with the recruiting team to ensure a seamless handoff of new clients.

Qualifications

Required Experience & Skills
Proven track record in business development, sales, or SDR/BDR roles (preferably in recruiting, staffing, or B2B services).
Strong negotiation and closing skills; ability to confidently discuss pricing and contracts.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities (verbal and written).
Hands-on experience with manual outreach via LinkedIn and other platforms.

Preferred

Familiarity with the recruiting/staffing industry.
CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
