Job Ad: Creative Direction + Social Media VA (Part-Time)

Rate: $50 AUD per week (~$33 USD)
Hours: 5–7 hrs per week

About Me

I’m a lifestyle/action sports content creator building a premium personal brand around MTB, gym culture, travel, and luxury lifestyle.

I’m looking for a VA who can act as my creative partner — feeding me content inspiration, helping plan shoots, and running a simple growth system (follow/unfollow cycle).

This role is not admin-only. I want someone with taste, creativity, and ambition who can help me level up my content and growth.

Your Responsibilities
• Deliver weekly inspiration packs (trends, hooks, competitor breakdowns).
• Research riders/influencers like Fabio Wibmer, Brendan Fairclough, Nick Tomasunas, Jett Lawrence, Zedan Mutlu and break down why their content works.
• Suggest shoot concepts and keep my content calendar fresh.
• Run a follow/unfollow cycle for audience growth.
• Provide a weekly growth dashboard.

Requirements
• Strong creative eye (luxury, travel, sports aesthetics).
• Familiar with Instagram/TikTok/YouTube trends.
• Basic social growth experience (follow/unfollow, reporting).
• Excellent English writing and communication.
• Reliable, consistent, and organized.
