???? What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a highly organized, friendly, and detail-driven tea ---------- mber who enjoys juggling tasks and keeping systems running smoothly behind the scenes.

This role blends billing responsibilities with general admin support, so you’ll need to be:

Comfortable and confident on the phone (you’ll call parents often!)

Organized and meticulous about keeping accounts accurate

Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

Excited to support both our families and our internal team

???? What You’ll Do

Your daily work will support both the financial health and the smooth operations of our school. Responsibilities include:

Billing & Finance:

Catch up, clean up, and maintain billing accounts regularly

Audit student registration plans to ensure accurate billing

Call, text, and email families to collect overdue balances and update payment information

Track and document all billing communications and outcomes

Admin & Operations:

Enter and update student registrations and schedule changes

Respond to parent and teacher questions via email, text, and phone

Communicate clearly with our in-studio admin team about student schedules and billing updates

Support admin leads with daily office tasks, reporting, and customer service follow-ups

Help improve internal systems and processes to keep things running smoothly

???? Schedule

Fully remote position

• Start part-time (20–25 hrs/week) during training.
• Grow into full-time (40 hrs/week) as you gain skills.
• Work must align with U.S. hours (EST, with some flexibility):
o Full-time Monday–Friday: 10 PM – 6:30 AM PHT with a 30-minute break

???? Requirements

1+ year of experience in billing, customer service, or administrative work

Excellent phone communication and strong written English

Great computer and typing skills (Google Suite, spreadsheets, and CRM experience a plus)

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated

Strong time management and follow-through

Ability to pass a thorough background check
