? About Us
We are a small, family-run insurance office in the U.S. specializing in Medicare live transfers. Our U.S.
team is 12 people, with 7 Virtual Assistants (VAs) supporting us remotely. We are looking for a
hands-on Team Manager with Medicare experience who can coach/train our team and also step in to
handle transfers when needed.
? Role Overview
- Manage and support a team of 7 VAs handling Medicare live transfers.
- Train, coach, and monitor performance.
- Report directly to the business owner.
- Step in to handle live transfers when not coaching.
- Track KPIs and ensure compliance.
? Requirements
- Direct experience in Medicare or health insurance campaigns (required).
- Leadership experience managing remote teams.
- Excellent English (spoken & written).
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable working US business hours.
- CRM experience (GoHighLevel a plus).
